· 09,00 - arrival previewed in POLLA country;
· 09,15 - stop here car and coffee break;
· 09,30 - start tour in mountainbike across villages and country in the DIANO Valley: St. ARSENIO, St. PIETRO to Tanagro, TEGGIANO;
· 12,30 - arrival previewed in SILLA village;
· 13,00 - lunch snack;
· 14,00 - departure continued tour for PADULA, SALA Consilina, Taverna St. Pietro, POLLA.
· 17,00 - arrival previewed in POLLA country;
· 17,30 - coffee break;
· 18,00 - departure to Salerno;
· 19,30 - arrival previewed in Salerno.
