· 07,30 - departure to coast National Park of CILENTO;
· 09,00 - arrival previewed in St. MARCO seascape;
· 09,30 - beginning walking from OGLIASTRO seascape across “Dancing Tree” coast and LICOSA headland with possible swimming;
· 12,30 - arrival previewed to St. MARCO harbour;
· 13,00 - departure to St. MARIA seascape;
· 13,30 - beginning trekking along pinewood TRESINO mount;
· 14,00 - arrival previewed to MARINO grape-grower farmer for tasting typical produicts:
· 15,00 - departure to PÆSTUM and free time for visit Temple in archaeological area and National Museum;
· 17,30 - departure to Salerno;
· 18,30 - arrival previewed in Salerno.
